Yes, this is a true First-Year 1982 Reissue! The neck is pencil dated 12-15-1982 and these are pretty hard to find in Olympic White. Of course, the bass has aged beautifully with the body fading to yellow and the neck taking on an amber tint. Of course there is fine finish-checking in the nitro but that adds to the overall appeal. This one has a great neck and killer tone, weighs 8 3/4 lbs and comes with the original tweed reissue case.
